Medallion Homes stands behind our homes before and after the sale! 

 We feel that the most important time in the building process is after the homeowner moves into their new Medallion Home. That’s why we provide each home a HOME of Texas 10 Year Limited Warranty. 

The HOME of Texas Limited Warranty warrants against qualified structural defects for 10 years. This warranty becomes effective the day you close on your home, and is transferable if your home is sold. 

Medallion Homes provides one-year coverage for defects in workmanship and materials and two-year coverage for certain electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.


Medallion’s dedicated team of professionals are available 24 hours a day to help with your after move-in needs. We want to delight each of our homeowners and to have them enthusiastically recommend Medallion Homes to their friends and family.

We now provide an extended limited home warranty. The plan pays for covered repairs so you have added protection through year 5!  Pay one low deductible of $55 per trade call instead of the full cost of repairs and/or replacement.  If you sell your home during this time, the coverage is transferable. After year 5 your may renew your coverage on a yearly basis.
